Our expertise in interpreting the building code and zoning resolutions enable us to act as consultants to the sign industry, attorneys, landlords, business owners, professional engineers, and architects. We also have professional architects, engineers, electricians, and other associates who work with us to secure approvals in all other areas as required by New York City, such as Certificates of Occupancy, Public Assembly, Demolitions, Signoffs, Electrical, Alterations, & Violation Dismissals.
